Four-star Hudson, NC (South Caldwell High) offensive lineman Landon Dickerson has visited the Tennessee Volunteers several times over the past year, with his latest trip to Knoxville coinciding with the team's spring game last Saturday.
Nothing really changed during Dickerson's visit to campus last week from a top-three list perspective, and that's a good thing for the Vols.
“Those top three are still my top three,” he said, reiterating that the Vols, Virginia Tech Hokies and South Carolina Gamecocks are his favorites. “I haven’t been down to Alabama and Florida State to visit yet, but I’m planning to make some visits there soon, so my top three might change here in the next little bit. But until I take those visits, those are my top three.”
Dickerson enjoyed his entire experience in Knoxville last weekend, both around the field and away from it.
“I just noticed it was a big team effort, and I know that’s a big thing in football,” he said. “And the atmosphere up there was just great, especially for a spring game — (despite) having not as many people come out as expected, with the rain that was supposed to come."
