TAMPA (March 24, 2024) – The No. 57-ranked University of South Florida women's tennis team (11-8) traveled to Charlotte, N.C. for a pair of matches against ITA Top 50 opponents and closed the road trip with a 4-3 victory over host and No. 48-ranked Charlotte (14-6) on Sunday.
South Florida opened the trip with a 4-0 loss to No. 43 SMU (8-9) on a neutral court Saturday before bouncing back for the road win on Sunday.
"We have been talking about how important it was to get a great road win," said head coach Cristina Moros.
