Week 8 of the SEC football season was full of great performances, both team and individual. While there are several players worth of consideration that just missed out, we've narrowed it down to the Top 5. Here are the five best SEC player performances from this past weekend:
5) WR Travis Dural, LSU
Dural provided LSU with some semblence of a passing attack this weekend, catching five passes for 132 yards and a touchdown.
4) RB Leonard Fournette, LSU
Another day, another great performance from Fournette, who gashed Western Kentucky for 150 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries.
3) RB Derrick Henry, Alabama
Henry continues to say stride for stride with Fournette, rumbling for 143 yards and two touchdowns in Alabama's 19-14 victory over Tennessee.
2) RB Peyton Barber, Auburn
Barber has been the lone bright spot for Auburn and was again in their 4OT loss to Arkansas, running for 120 yards and an incredible four touchowns.
1) QB Dak Prescott, Mississippi State
Prescott had the best game of the week out anyone in the country, tearing up Kentucky's defense to the tune of 348 passing yards, 117 rushing yards, and SIX total touchdowns (three passing, three rushing).
