San Francisco Giants outfielder Travis Ishikawa is set to from the disabled list, forcing the team to make some tough choices.
Ishikawa is currently on an injury rehabilitation assignment with Triple-A Sacramento, which will end on Saturday.
In order to recall him, the Giants will have to cut someone from their seven-man bullpen, or shed a backup position player to make room for him.
San Francisco may also decide to keep Ishikawa, who's been out all season with a strained back, in Triple-A, but his World Series heroics have made him a fan favorite.
"If I'm not going to be an everyday guy, I want to be the best pinch-hitter that I can be," Ishikawa said.
