The San Francisco Giants have not released any information tonight as to why they are sitting Angel Pagan and Buster Posey, with most indications pointing that the Giants are just looking to give the two stars a normal day of rest, with the potential for pinch-hitting late in the contest.
Pagan is currently tearing the cover off the ball at the top of the San Francisco Giants' lineup, hitting .442 in 10 games and leading the National League with 19 hits.
Posey is also off to a hot start for the Giants, playing all-world defense behind the plate while hitting .357 with three home runs and seven RBIs in ten games.
