San Francisco 49ers Grades from their 31-3 win over the Cleveland Browns.
The biggest storyline from the 49ers’ week 5 was the running game. This has been the theme of the 49ers season so far as they again rushed for over 100 yards in a game. Monday was an extra special performance by Matt Breida and Tevin Coleman as they combined for over 200 yards on the ground.

On the defensive side of things, the 49ers’ defense had their best performance of the day. Nick Bosa, Richard Sherman and company held the Cleveland Browns to 3 total points. Baker Mayfield had his worst day as a QB posting a 1.4 QBR. Bosa was dominate posting multiple sacks and a forced fumble. This defense is making a case to be the best defense in the NFL.
Special teams and injuries were the only bad part of the 49ers night. Kicker Robbie Gould went 1/4 kicking field goals and star FB Kyle Juszczyk left the game late with a knee injury.
