San Francisco 49ers free agency grades take a look at all the signings the 49ers have made. While the 49ers entered free agency with little money to spend, they’ve been able to re-sign Arik Armstead, Jimmie Ward, Ronald Blair, Shon Coleman and re-structure a deal for Jerick Mckinnon. The Niners also made a splash when they traded DE DeForest Buckner to the Indianapolis Colts. IN THE VIDEO ABOVE AND BELOW, host Thomas Mott hands out his grades for the 49ers free agency moves through day 2 of NFL Free Agency.

Arik Armstead’s extension is perhaps the most notable move the 49ers made, signing Armstead to a 5-year, up to $85 million with $48.5 million of that being fully guaranteed. The 49ers also brought back Ronald Blair, a favorite of DC Robert Saleh. Blair adds depth to the defensive line after losing DeForest Bucker and despite coming off an ACL tear has proven he can be a role player.
Who will be the next 49er to sign? Will the 49ers work out an extension with George Kittle? Can San Francisco move enough money around to keep Emmanuel Sanders? It seems hard to be able to do both, however, GM John Lynch and HC Kyle Shanahan have already made some great moves this offseason.
