The San Francisco 49ers and head coach Jim Harbaugh are likely headed for a quick divorce after the 2014 NFL season, per a report on Sunday by FOX Sports' Jay Glazer.
According to inside sources cited by Chat Sports' very own Mack Ferguson, Harbaugh will be the next head coach of the Michigan Wolverines, barring a change of heart at the very last minute. Glazer's report seems to indicate that Harbaugh is at least publicly undecided, with Harbaugh quoted as saying, "you know, right now, I just don't know what I wanna do."
If, for some reason, Michigan ends up not panning out for Harbaugh, Glazer posits the Chicago Bears as a potential option if they let go of Marc Trestman after just one year on the job.
Either way, Glazer indicates that the Michigan situation should resolve itself within two days of the end of the NFL season, meaning that a ton of the speculation that has been omnipresent all season long will finally be put to rest.
