Another Devastating Play-in Injury
One day after Zion Williamson suffered a hamstring injury, the Miami Heat’s Jimmy Butler went down with a knee injury late in the first quarter of Wednesday night’s play-in loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. He played 40 minutes anyway, scoring 19 on 5-18 shooting, and his mobility looked noticeably limited as the game progressed. He’s expected to miss at least several weeks with an MCL injury, but his agent has complained about the reports.
