In today's Suns news update, Phoenix Suns managing partner Robert Sarver likes his team's chances when it comes to gaining an audience with LeBron James during the 2014 NBA free agency period.
Per Bob Young of azcentral.com, Sarver believes that the assets the team holds plus their financial flexibility could pique James' interest.
"We are in a good position," he said, via Sarver's article on Monday. "We have a lot to offer, too, with the depth of our roster compared to some of the other teams. We think we have a favorable opportunity, but obviously he'll make his decision when he wants to make it."
"He's a smart player and a smart businessman. He'll look at the facts and make a decision."
Sarver is preaching patience at the present moment, however.
"I think this is going to be on his timeline more than any one else's," he stated.
"We've had conversations with his agent and we'll work within their time frame."
