Philadelphia Eagles starting quarterback Nick Foles suffered a broken clavicle on the final play of the first quarter of Philly's 31-21 win over the Houston Texans on Sunday, per Eagles beat writer Ed Kracz:

Per Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Foles' injury is likely to keep him out for a month or so:
#Eagles QB Nick Foles has a clavicle injury from what I'm being told. If broken, it could be a 4-6 week injury. — Jeff McLane (@Jeff_McLane) November 2, 2014
The third-year signal caller was in visible pain after taking a sack with time winding down in the first quarter. Initial reports out of the locker room pointed to an injury to his already-troublesome left shoulder, but now it looks like the prognosis is much more serious.
Veteran Mark Sanchez took over for Foles, throwing two touchdowns and two interceptions in an uneven regular-season debut for the team. He will likely take over as starter in the interim as Foles recovers.
