In one of the most shocking moves in the NFL coaching world this offseason is without a doubt Chip Kelly leaving Oregon to become the next head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.
This announcement came just a week after Chip Kelly publicly announced that he was not comfortable leaving Oregon for the NFL and that he had much unfinished business in Eugene.
Now that we know that Chip was full of it all along, rumors are starting to emerge regarding who will be his defensive coordinator this season in Philly.
After a few days to start his search, it seems that Todd Grantham is the consensus favorite for the DC job.
Todd Grantham is the defensive coordinator for the Georgia Bulldogs and has lead that UGA team to a few amazing defenses over the last few seasons. If the Eagles area able to land Grantham, there will be much rejoicing in Philadelphia before the start of the following season.
