Miami Hurricanes pitcher Daniel Federman has signed a free agent deal with the Baltimore Orioles after not being selected in the 2021 MLB draft.
During the 2021 season, Federman allowed only four earned runs across 23.2 innings for a 1.52 ERA as a reliever.
The right-handed pitcher had a 3.13 ERA across 86 appearances (163.2 innings pitched) during his four seasons with UM, recording 164 strikeouts against only 52 walks and holding opponents to a .234 batting average.
