Several NFL teams are winless, but that doesn't mean they need to push the panic button yet. Except you, New Orleans. With Drew Brees likely to miss time, it's reasonable to start panicking. But for others, the playoffs are still very much a possibility. With the vast majority of the season still left, here are four winless NFL teams that will still make the playoffs.
Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens are only a few plays away from being 2-0. They still have a strong core on both sides of the ball. They haven't played any AFC North games, and if they play well in the division, they'll still make the playoffs. The AFC North will be tough, but the Ravens have the talent to make a run.
New York Giants
The Giants really should be 2-0. If not for a pair of fourth quarter collapses, the Giants would be atop the NFC East. The injury to Tony Romo has thrown open the divison, when it looked the Cowboys could run away with it. The Redskins are impossible to trust and the Eagles offense has been awful so far. That leaves the Giants with a great opportunity to turn things around and make the postseason.
Indianapolis Colts
The Colts have Andrew Luck and he's one of the best QBs in the NFL, despite his recent issues with turnovers. Playing in the AFC South makes things easier and the Colts shouldn't have any issues getting to the postseason if they stay healthy.
Seattle Seahawks
Don't panic yet Seattle. The Seahawks had their two toughest games to start the season. The Arizona Cardinals look like a threat, but the San Francisco 49ers and the St. Louis Rams don't have the talent to finish above the Seahawks come season's end. The NFC West is still Seattle's division.
