Just like that, the familiar New York Jets are back. After two-straight games that featured plenty of offensive yards and points (led by Joe Flacco) the Jets have returned to form. Sam Darnold’s return to action didn’t exactly work out as he might have planned.

Adam Gase reclaimed play-calling duties to no applause. Sure, no fans in the stands would make that the case, but had there been fans at MetLife, the boos would have furiously littered the MetLife atmosphere.
