The New York Jets have limped to a 2-9 record to start this season, and a large part of their struggles have been due to their poor quarterback play.
Geno Smith and Michael Vick have both started games and been equally ineffective, but Smith got the nod against the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football. However, he was not announced with the rest of the offensive starters.

Jets apparently concerned that Geno Smith would have been booed by the home crowd in introductions. Again, sad. #nyj

Smith has thrown for 1,459 yards, seven touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in nine appearances for the Jets so far this season.
