Florida quarterback Will Grier must be wondering what else he can do to solidify a starting job for the 4-0 Gators.
On Monday, Florida Head Coach Jim McElwain had his weekly media interviews and Grier came up in the conversation of a starting job.
Per CBS Sports:
“We’ll see,” said McElwain. “We’ll see how it goes this week in practice. I thought Will did some real good things in the game but there’s some things he’s got to get better at, too.”
McElwain is of course referring to the Gators’ 28-27 stunner over Tennessee, where Grier found freshman Antonio Callaway on a 4th and 13 for a 63-yard touchdown with about a 1:30 left in the final quarter.
