The Mississippi Rebels already boast one of the top recruiting classes in the country, but they're far from done. The Rebels are making a strong push during the last month of recruiting as we heads towards National Signing Day on February 3. As they put the finishing touches on the one of the best classes in the country, here are three highly-touted uncommitted players Ole Miss could still sign:
Deontay Anderson, S
Anderson is a four-star recruit and the nation's No. 53 overall prospect. He's the second-best safety in this year's class and the No. 8 player from Texas. He visits Ole Miss Friday, with the Rebels hoping to seal the deal and land Anderson on national signing day. 247Sports current projects Ole Miss as the favorite to land Anderson.
Jeffery Simmons, DE
Like Anderson, Simmons will also visit Ole Miss Friday. He's a five-star recruit and the No. 19 player in the nation. He's the top player from Mississippi and the Rebels have landed the top player from the state in nine of the 12 classes. Ole Miss is competing with Mississippi State and Alabama for Simmons. It's a close race, but Ole Miss is currently the favorite.
Mique Juarez, LB
Unlike the first two players on this list, Ole Miss isn't the current favorite for Juarez. UCLA is the front-runner, but Ole Miss is still in the running. Juarez is the top OLB in the nation and the No. 11 player in the nation. He hails from California, which is likely playing a role in UCLA being in the lead. Ole Miss has a chance, but landing Juarez would be a surprise.
