The Lady Raiders were tabbed Conference USA preseason favorites for the 14th time in 19 seasons under Head Coach Rick Insell. Middle Tennessee returns nine players, including four starters, from the 2022-23 squad that went 28-4, won the Conference USA regular season and tournament titles, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
