MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Tiger women's soccer team continued their season opening home stand tonight when they welcomed the Ole Miss Rebels to town. A first-half strike would prove the difference as Memphis took the 1-0 win.
Following tonight's match, Memphis moves to 2-0 overall.

- Memphis would get early chances from Izzy Monck and Saorla Miller that challenged Ole Miss goalkeeper, Shu Ohba.
- In the 23', Anna Hauer would get subbed in and 20 seconds later, she would place a ball through the defense deep in the box to Miller who found the back of the net for the 1-0 lead.
