Clippers meeting with Durant on first day of free agency
Los Angeles was one of the few teams that secured a meeting with Kevin Durant in free agency, and they'll get one of the first chances to pitch him, according to The Vertical:
The Clippers are one of six teams meeting with Oklahoma City free agent Kevin Durant in the Hamptons in Long Island, New York, on Friday and Saturday, sources said. The Clippers are set to meet on the first day of meetings Friday along with the Golden State Warriors, league sources told The Vertical.
Durant plans to meet with the Thunder on Thursday, the day before free agency starts.
Jamal Crawford sets meeting with Clippers, four others
The Clippers are trying to re-sign Jamal Crawford, but four other teams are interested in signing him away, according to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times.

Crawford has said his preference is to re-sign with the Clippers, but is "very, very open-minded about the whole free-agency process." He averaged 14.2 points and 2.3 assists per game last season.
Austin Rivers looking for pay raise
Rivers is another one of LA's free agents that they're trying to re-sign, but bringing him back might be more complicated than they had hoped. Turner also reports that Rivers is looking for a significant pay raise and plans to talk to other teams on the open market:
