The incident in question is a rant that TMZ Sports caught on tape where Sterling makes several racist remarks about Los Angeles Lakers' legend Magic Johnson, after his girlfriend V. Stiviano posted a picture of herself and Magic on Instagram. Stiviano herself is multi-racial.

There is no word on what type of disciplinary action Sterling could face when Silver reaches Oakland on Sunday.
