Jake Waters and Tyler Lockett are about to reunite on the football field.
This time, instead of working together to create long passing gains and score touchdowns for Kansas State, they will team up in the NFL with the Seattle Seahawks.
Waters told the Omaha World-Herald that he was on his way to Seattle to sign a free-agent contract with the team, following an injury to backup quarterback Tarvaris Jackson. Waters worked out for the Seahawks on Aug. 4. In Seattle, he will join Lockett, the top statistical receiver in K-State history and his favorite target.
