Nicholas David Kaltmayer (b. June 13, 1997) is a big offensive lineman who has been used primarily on special teams and as a reserve lineman since transferring from Western Illinois prior to 2016. Now he will compete for Dalton Risner’s starting right tackle position in 2018.
Kaltmayer redshirted in 2016 after transferring to K-State from Western Illinois, which competes in the Football Championship Subdivision’s Missouri Valley Conference.
He started at left tackle for the White team in the 2017 spring game and was listed as the backup left tackle throughout that season, seeing time in every game as a reserve.
