As much as AFC South teams have struggled this season, there is a bright spot: the production of their quarterbacks in the red zone.
In fact, Houston Texans quarterback Brian Hoyer sits at the very top of that list with a Total QBR of 98.6 in the red zone, followed by Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (97) and Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota (96.1).
Hoyer's completion percentage has been decent, but the real the key for Hoyer has been ball security. He's thrown 13 touchdowns and no interceptions in his red-zone opportunities in nine games.
