SAN ANTONIO — In case there was any doubt about Kevin Durant’s future with the Warriors, the eight-time All-Star squelched it by reiterating to ESPN’s The Undefeated that he plans to play for Golden State next season.
“Yeah, I love it here,” Durant said when asked whether he’ll be in a Warriors uniform in 2017-18. “I love my teammates. I love the city (of Oakland). I love the organization. I love it here. I don’t plan on going anywhere else.”
Durant signed a two-year, $54.3 million deal with the Warriors last July with a player option after the first season.
