While the 24-1 Warriors are no doubt disappointed that their winning streak came to an end in Milwaukee, they may have just sealed their ticket to another NBA title.
As an infographic revealed during last night's CSN Bay Area broadcast, every team to have a win streak of 12 games or more stopped by the Bucks have gone on to win the Larry O'Brien Trophy.
The first instance of the Bucks' reverse curse occurred in 1972, when Milwaukee ended the Lakers' league-record 33-game win streak. The most recent case was in the 2010-11 season, when a Milwaukee team led by now-Warriors center Andrew Bogut took down Dirk Nowitzki's Mavericks.
