NEW YORK — Warriors forward Draymond Green is expected to play Friday night against the Pistons, according to a Golden State spokesman.
That comes after Green missed Thursday’s win over the Nets to be with his longtime girlfriend, Jelissa Hardy, for the birth of their son, Draymond Green, Jr. On his Instagram, the elder Green posted a collage featuring photos of his newborn.
“I’ve never experienced such a feeling like I did when I watched his entry,” Green wrote in that Instagram post. “Family is such an important part of my life and to welcome a kid into the world is a dream come true.
