PHOENIX – A little more than three weeks after he returned from a leave of absence, Warriors coach Steve Kerr continues to cope with the symptoms that sidelined him for nearly four months.
Though he’s with the team in Phoenix and plans to coach Wednesday night against the Suns, Kerr is coming off perhaps his most difficult day since he returned on Jan. 22.
Kerr told CSNBayArea.com Wednesday morning that he’s “still not 100 percent” and remains captive to some of the painful side effects in the wake of multiple back surgeries last summer.
That much was evident Tuesday night, as Kerr labored through his post-game news conference after the Warriors’ 123-110 win over Houston at Oracle Arena.
