CLEVELAND - Shortly after the end of Wednesday night’s Game 3 of the NBA Finals, one Cavaliers fan - emboldened by his team’s 30-point rout and perhaps by an adult beverage or two - walked into an arena restroom and shouted, “Unanimous MVP? What a joke!”
The man must not have seen Stephen Curry play all season. But if a spectator really did just parachute in for the Finals, he or she might wonder why Curry and Klay Thompson wade in such acclaim.
Curry and Thompson have a chance to change the narrative Friday night in Game 4.
