Former Ole Miss WR Van Jefferson announced on Twitter that he will be transferring to Florida for his final two years of eligibility.
CHOMP! CHOMP!

Florida has a major need at receiver after losing three four-star commitments in this recruiting class and 2017 four-star recruit James Robinson to a heart condition.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound Jefferson should provide help immediately, as he caught 42 passes for 456 yards and a touchdown.
As a rising redshirt junior, Jefferson was not given a waiver to be immediately eligible should he transfer. However, Jefferson and several other Ole Miss players are appealing the NCAA in hopes of being able to play immediately due to the nature of the sanctions against Ole Miss. In their appeal, the players are claiming that former Rebels head coach Hugh Freeze knowingly lied to them about potential infractions and the focus of then-future NCAA investigations, misleading them in the recruiting process.
Jefferson also took trips to Louisville and Michigan, where former Ole Miss quarterback Shea Patterson transferred to, but he was denied admission to Michigan.
