Everton in the Community recently welcomed representatives from FunCAP, the charitable arm of Clube Atletico Paranaense, to L4 as part of a knowledge sharing partnership between the two organisations.
EitC Executive Director Phil Duffy and Health and Wellbeing Manager Johnnie Garside led the visit to Liverpool from the Brazilian football club and during their stay, both parties discussed and exchanged technical know-how on how to execute educational and social development projects to diverse areas of their local community.
Back in December 2016, Johnnie visited Brazil to assist in the delivery of the Premier Skills Community Coach training programme which is in partnership with the Premier League and British Council.
