After the opening weekend of the college basketball season, Duke guard Grayson Allen was voted as the first conference player of the week this year for his performances in the Blue Devils’ first two regular season games. This is the first conference award for the sophomore shooting guard after being selected to the 2015 All-Final Four team at the end of last year.
Grayson Allen dominated in Duke’s first games as part of the 2K Classic against Siena and Bryant averaging 27.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game, including new career-highs with 28 points and 6 assists Saturday against the Bulldogs.
