NEW ORLEANS – Matthew Stafford is poised to pass another big name in all-time passing yards Monday night.
Stafford is less than 100 career yards behind former Washington quarterback Joe Theismann for No. 66 all-time. Stafford has 25,123 yards passing. Theismann has 25,206 career yards from 1974 to 1985.
He is unlikely to move much higher Monday night as No. 65, former Lions quarterback Jeff Garcia, is over 400 yards away with 25,537 career yards.
