MINNEAPOLIS -- Good fortune and injuries rarely go together, but as the Dallas Cowboys look to put together their 46-man roster for tonight’s game against Minnesota, the timing of injuries is helpful.
The Cowboys won’t have J.J. Wilcox because a thigh bruise suffered against Washington on Thanksgiving, but they will welcome back Barry Church to the lineup after a four-game absence because of a fractured right forearm.
Had Church not been available, the Cowboys would start Jeff Heath with rookie Kavon Frazier playing more in the sub packages.
