The Dallas Cowboys are expected to part ways with Tony Romo this offseason, whether it be through a trade for by releasing him. He is owed over $20 million next season, and he would again serve as Dak Prescott's backup next season.
Dallas would prefer to trade him, but won't deal him to a team that they will play next season. However, that is contrary to what Romo wants. According to Jason Cole of Bleacher Report, Romo wants to join a team that will play the Cowboys next year.

Denver is thought to be the leading contender for Romo if he gets released, which seems to be the only way he would join one of the teams mentioned in the video above.
Romo played just one drive this season, completing 3/4 passes for 29 yards and a touchdown. In his last full season in 2014, Romo through for 3,705 yards with 34 touchdowns and just nine interceptions.
