The Dallas Cowboys will indeed be without DE DeMarcus Lawrence for four games. The appeal of his four games game suspension was denied.
On top of that, DeMarcus Lawrence's 4-game suspension has been upheld by the league. No reduction.

The suspension of Lawrence was first reported by Chat Sports. Lawrence's suspension comes on the heels of Rolando McClain getting a 10-game suspension.
Lawrence was No. 34 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft and played in all 16 games (13 starts) for the Cowboys last year. He racked up eight sacks and 55 tackles on the season, finishing the year with a sack in seven-straight games. He was expected to be the Cowboys top pass rusher in 2016.
The Cowboys will also be without DE Randy Gregory for the first four games of the season, as he also failed a drug test. Only two DEs, free agent addition Benson Mayowa and 2015 fifth-round pick Ryan Russell, have played at DE in the NFL. Both have played sparingly.
