The Dallas Cowboys are back both on a personal and a national scale, riding a top-notch running game and an inspired defense to the top of the NFC.
Per Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News, QB Tony Romo attributes the Cowboys' rise to the team's locker room dynamic:
Tony Romo to @saltersl: "This is a very selfless team. Guys are just excited about other people's opportunities and other people's success."

In years past, reports of egos splintering the locker room were the norm in Big D. The Cowboys haven't posted a winning season since going 11-5 in 2009, prompting many an NFL pundit to speculate as to whether or not head coach Jason Garrett had the right tools to manage the personalities on his roster.
Now, with the Dallas Cowboys sitting at 6-1 in advance of Monday night's clash with the Washington Redskins, there is a decided different (and harmonious) tune echoing from the hallways at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
