Joseph Randle's October was one to forget. Randle was arrested for shoplifting last month, along with getting into an altercation with teammates Dez Bryant and Josh Brent this past week.
Per Michael David Smith of NBC's Pro Football Talk, "Ed Werder of ESPN reports that Randle has been so much trouble that coach Jason Garrett is concerned about whether Randle’s presence in the locker room is an impediment to team harmony."
Werder indicates that head coach Jason Garrett met individually with Randle, Bryant, and Brent about the incident at practice, before meeting with the entire team on the matter. The mood of the all-player meeting was said to be "tense."
The veteran ESPN writer also quotes one Cowboys source as stating that "Randle is staying for now." The "for now" part likely means that the troubled running back is skating on extremely thin ice heading into the final two months of the NFL regular season.
Stay tuned.
