In tonight's game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants, Cowboys QB Tony Romo was forced to leave the game with :38 remaining in the first half. Romo was sandwiched between two Giants defensive ends, and the force of the impact took him off his feet. Romo stayed down for some time before being replaced by backup Kyle Orton, and his status is currently uncertain. We'll provide updates as we receive them.
10:04 EST UPDATE: Romo appears to have had the wind knocked out of him, but Cowboys officials expect him to return in the second half.
