As of right now, it looks like your Dallas Cowboys are officially under the $133 million salary cap for the 2014 NFL season--

The Dallas Cowboys have officially parted ways with backup offensive guard Phil Costa, incurring just $225,000 in dead money toward the 2014 salary cap.

To coincide with Costa's release, the Dallas Cowboys restructured Bernadeau's third and fourth year of his 4-year, $11.5 million contract. As of yet, details of the restructuring have not been officially announced--however, the Dallas Cowboys will get out from under a significant portion of his previous $4.1 million cap hit for 2014.

The 28-year-old Bernadeau has proved serviceable for the Dallas Cowboys over the past two years, appearing in all 32 of the Dallas Cowboys' contests over that span. He started27 of those 32 games

The former 7th round pick of the Carolina Panthers in the 2008 NFL Draft was originally slated to make $2.75 million in 2014. He restructured his contract last season as well, picking up a 3-year, $1.5 million bonus in the process.
