The Tennessee Titans release offensive lineman and "The Blind Side" subject Michael Oher after a failed physical earlier this week, voiding out the last three years on a four-year, $20 million deal.
There have been rumblings that the Dallas Cowboys could be interested in Oher on a low-risk deal, but Dallas Morning News writer Brandon George doesn't think the team will look in his direction:
Poked around on that, and I don't think so. I believe they'll keep either Doug Free or Jermey Parnell as the starting RT for next season and move forward from there.
Oher appeared in just 11 games for the Titans in 2014 while battling through injuries. He struggled both in pass protection and against the run for a lowly Tennessee squad that finished the season in a tailspin, so he'll likely be a 'proceed with caution' signing for teams looking for help on the O-line.
