Cowboys rumors are heating up with just three hours left until the 2014 NFL Draft, and now it looks as if Blake Bortles, not Johnny Manziel, is atop the Cowboys' draft board at quarterback.
So says Clarence Hill Jr. of the Star Telegram:
Blake Bortles is the No. 1 QB on the Cowboys draft board. JFF is No. 2

The Cowboys have been the subject of intense speculation over the past couple of weeks, with rumors swirling that Jerry Jones is looking to make a blockbuster trade in order to move up and find the heir apparent to Tony Romo at quarterback. However, Johnny Football was the name being thrown around -- not Bortles, who has caught the eyes of the Cowboys and many other teams during this offseason.
Despite all of this, it looks more and more as if the Cowboys may address their defense -- providing that the right trade (most likely into the top-five) doesn't materialize which would put them in position to land Bortles without giving up their entire draft to do so.
