Dallas Cowboys defensive end Tyrone Crawford looks to be almost all the way back from rehab of his knee injury, and he could be back on the practice field as soon as Wednesday.
“I definitely got to get out there,” said Crawford, via Rainer Sabin of the Dallas Morning News. “I definitely got to be with my teammates this month and and this next game.”
Crawford was injured during the team's November 2nd loss to the Arizona Cardinals, spraining his MCL. He was forced to miss the team's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars the following week as he worked to rehab the injury.
Now, he feels like he's ready to contribute to the team in at least a limited capacity.
“It was definitely more than my knee that I had to get healed up and everything,” he said. “Not everything is completely healed but it’s good enough where I can go out there and not put a horrible display out there.”
