James opted out of his contract to become a free agent this offseason, but told the Cavs that he would re-sign with them. However, he wasn't in a rush to do so, and waited until after vacation to sign the deal. He announced the decision on Uninterrupted:
James averaged 25.3 points, 7.4 rebounds and 6.8 assists per game last season.
