The Cleveland Cavaliers are expected to add another buyout play to their already strong bench. According to Tim MacMahon of ESPN, the expectation is that Andrew Bogut will join the Cavs once he reaches a buy-out with the Philadelphia 76ers.
Two Mavs sources say they expect Andrew Bogut will choose to join the Cavaliers once he receives a buyout from the 76ers.

The Dallas Mavericks traded Bogut to the 76ers as part of their trade for Nerlens Noel. The 76ers won't keep Bogut long-term, since he wants to compete for a championship and Philadelphia has enough young centers already.

The Golden State Warriors traded away Bogut to make room for Kevin Durant and it appears he's now set to join the Warriors' biggest threat for a title. The Cavs weren't the only team linked to Bogut. The Rockets, Spurs, Jazz and Celtics all reportedly had interest.
Bogut would join fellow buyout player, and former teammate, Deron Williams. The point guard will sign with the Cavs on Monday. Bogut is not the same player he once was, and will likely be a minutes restriction, but he does give the Cavs another rebounder and defender in the post. He's also still a quality passer.
In previous years, the Warriors used a "strength in numbers" mantra. But the Cavs might be a better fit for that slogan now. Their bench will now consist of Kyle Korver, Williams, Bogut, Channing Frye, Richard Jefferson and Iman Shumpert/J.R. Smith.
