The Cleveland Cavaliers have quickly risen up the Eastern Conference standings and have secured a playoff spot, but still have some work to do to secure the second playoff seed. What are the most important games they have left on their schedule?
March 25 vs. Memphis
This is Cleveland's last game against a Western Conference team this season, and it will be a barometer for how they do should they make the NBA Finals. The Cavs have blown through the East with relative ease, but the West has a multitude of teams many think would beat Cleveland. The Grizzlies are one of those teams, so the Cavs would like to show they can compete with the best teams in the West.
April 5 vs. Chicago
Chicago and Atlanta are thought to be Cleveland's toughest competition in the Eastern Conference, and the Bulls are also fighting to get the two-seed for the playoffs. Beating Chicago in their last matchup of the year will give the Cavs more room for error as the regular season closes.
April 15 vs. Washington
Cleveland will host the Wizards in the last game of the regular, their last chance to secure playoff positioning against one of the East's best teams and gain momentum for what they hope will be a long playoff run.
