The Cleveland Cavs could very well have their man when it comes to the first overall pick of the 2014 NBA Draft - Kansas' Joel Embiid.
Per Andy Katz of ESPN.com, "the Cavaliers will visit with former Kansas center Joel Embiid sometime in the coming weeks and conduct a physical, a source told ESPN."
No other team will be able to meet with the coveted seven-footer until the Cleveland Cavs are given a full chance to evaluate Embiid and decide whether or not he will be their choice on June 26th.
According to Katz, "Embiid's representatives and the Cavs are working toward finding an appropriate date, time and even perhaps place to conduct the interview and physical. The possibility remains it could be in Cleveland but that has not been determined."
Embiid did not work out at the pre-draft NBA combine in Chicago earlier this month, which would have given each NBA team one physical to work off of.
Despite the hype surrounding Embiid, there is also the possibility that the Cleveland Cavs could deal the first overall pick - especially if the right offer comes across their table.
