The Cleveland Cavaliers have assigned rookie Joe Harris to the Canton Charge, their NBA D-League affiliate, for the third time in a week.
Harris played in two games for the Charge this season, averaging 18 points and eight rebounds in 39.5 minutes a game.
Harris fallen out of the rotation for the Cavs since they traded for J.R. Smith and Iman Shumpert. He is averaging 2.8 points in 11.1 minutes a game in 35 appearances with the Cavs this season, including one start.
