The Brooklyn Nets have officially hired Lionel Hollins to be their next head coach.
Hollins was reportedly in a 'single-candidate race' for the job as of yesterday, and it appears expedited negotiations have landed him the position even sooner than expected.

Hollins has a career win-loss record of 214-201, and is regarded as a defensive-minded, no-frills coach.
